Blogger Selection Criteria

Must have been blogging for at least one year as of May 2012
Must self-identify as Latina or blog must focus on issues and content relevant to the Latino community.
Blog must be self-published
For the last year blog shall have been active with a minimum of three blog posts per week.
Must have an active social media presence, including Twitter and Facebook accounts.
Must pass White House security clearance
Ranked by traffic and content quality
Limited to Continental US and Puerto Rico
