Walking Can Make You Healthy

In a research conducted in Passo Fundo, Brazil, the study involved 292 women who were recorded with their daily steps. In this study, the women were in the age range from 45 to 72.  Each women had their health checked for cholesterol and blood sugar, and also had their hip and waist measured to keep for the records. The health results from every women, have concluded that they can be at risk for type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Researchers in Brazil found that making at least 6,000 steps or more, can be the results for a healthier life. Whether the women do exercise or make their daily activities, they can improve their health. These activities can lower the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and even heart disease.
