Our favorite activity of the year has finally arrived: The LATISM Awards Nominations. This celebration has become a LATISM tradition, as we aim to acknowledge the hard work and optimal performance of the Latinos in Social Media and to celebrate their achievements at our conferences.
This year, we have added some new categories to pay justice to the tremendous growth we Latin@s are experiencing in Cyberlandia. Please make sure you see all the categories before you make your nominations.
As many of you know, the Awards process has two steps. First the nominations, which will be open until Friday, September 23rd. Then you will have an opportunity to vote for the top nominees from each category. We will announce the winners during the LATISM’11 Awards Dinner Gala at the Navy Pier in Chicago. The dinner will be included for all LATISM’11 Conference attendees and a limited number of seats will be available on a first come first serve basis for just the Awards Dinner Gala. To register, please visit our registration page.
